My husband had taken his custom built computer tower to a different location for a diagnostic and walked out with a "this might be the issue", so we decided to get a second opinion by bringing it to David at Alpha Computers. We are SO pleased with having made that decision. David was incredible with the diagnostic and very thorough determining the issue. It was not what the other location had stated, and David was able to diagnose then get the computer up and running over a 48 hour span. Service was great, he was polite, clear with his explanation, was at no point condescending, and just a gem to talk to. We highly recommend taking your tech to these guys for repair and help.
